IT Infrastructure

Complete business IT — switches, routers, firewalls, wireless and server infrastructure, specified and supported as one estate.

Security and IT stopped being separate purchases some time ago. The same switch carries the camera and the till; the same firewall protects the access controller and the payroll.

We take the whole estate — or the part of it that touches security — and run it as one design with one set of standards, one patching policy and one place to call when something breaks.

Included as standard

  • Asset register with warranty and end-of-life dates
  • Written patching and change policy
  • Backup restore tested, not just scheduled
  • Firewall rule review at agreed intervals
  • Credentials held in your vault, in your name
  • Escalation matrix with response targets
What we provide

Switching, routing, servers and the estate behind them

01

Switching and routing

Layer 2 and Layer 3 designs sized for today with a written plan for the next expansion.

02

Firewalls and segmentation

Policy written down and reviewed, not accumulated as one-off rules nobody dares delete.

03

Server and storage

On-premise, virtualised or hybrid, with backup that has been restored from at least once.

04

Identity and directory

One user directory behind email, Wi-Fi, VPN and the door — so leavers leave everywhere at once.

05

Patching and lifecycle

Firmware and OS kept current on a schedule, with end-of-life hardware flagged before it fails.

06

Documentation you own

Diagrams, credentials and licences held in your name in your vault, handed over as a matter of course.

Frequently asked

No — we work beside them, usually on the infrastructure and security side, so they can stay on the applications the business actually runs on.
That is the normal case. We document what is there, tell you what is worth keeping, and consolidate over time rather than demanding a forklift replacement.
You do. Everything we deploy is registered in your name and stored in your vault. A supplier who holds your credentials hostage is a supplier you cannot leave.

Not sure which of these you actually need?

Most clients start with a site survey and a written recommendation. It costs you nothing and it usually shortens the shopping list.
